The challenge
Skip Local wanted to look genuinely local in Birmingham, Manchester and London while running everything from Bishop's Stortford, and planned to keep adding towns across England and Wales.
What we did
We set up dedicated local virtual landlines for each area, all routing to their Smart Numbers VoIP phones, with caller ID showing the caller's region, whisper call announcements, call recording and voicemail-to-email per area number, so quotes could be tailored to each location.
