The challenge
Joe wanted to run his office in Brighton on local numbers, break into the London market by driving inbound calls to Brighton, and present a London number when calling specific clients.
What we did
We installed Smart Numbers VoIP on dedicated broadband: Cat 5 cabling, routers, a Power-over-Ethernet switch and 10+ networked handsets, with speed dials, hunt groups, IVR department extensions, voicemail-to-email, call divert, Google contacts integration and a central London 0207 number. Fibre broadband went in the same day.
