The challenge
ChipsAway, the UK's largest car body repair company, needed dedicated local numbers for its franchisees for brand protection and local credibility on van signage, adverts and websites, with calls routing to mobiles since most repairs happen at the customer's site.
What we did
We provided local 01/02 virtual landlines diverting to each franchisee's mobile, wrapped into their Synergy package, with enhanced call stats, ChipsAway-call whisper announcements, voicemail-to-email, time-of-day routing, hunt groups, on-demand call recording, IVR extensions, call screening and greetings, on a rolling monthly agreement.
